I have an internet business I am trying very hard to get up and going. There are scam artists comming out of the woodwork to cheat me in every way. I recently got a call from a company named EBoost Media, they claim they can get your website on the first page of the most popular search engines within a week. Being new at the whole web business I have been a little naive about the whole process. And being way to trusting of everyone I have learned one very hard lesson. This "company" EBOOST MEDIA, called me offering thier services for only $1.00 for the first 30 days. Claiming I could call and cancel within that period if I decided I did not want thier "EBOOST MEDIA" services. They stated that they would call me and see how I liked it and at that time I could cancel or I could stay with them and only pay $150.00 a month after the first 30 days. What they DID NOT do is provide me with a phone number to call them and cancel. So after the 30 days, they took $258.00 out of my account. I don't know about you but this is alot of money for me! I have done a search on them and found an email address for customer service (found a phone number too but I always get the message "this is a general voice mail, please leave a message") ....... here are the letters I sent and the response I got ........

First of all I was told that someone would call me and see if I liked your product .. and I was never contacted. I was not given a phone number or anyway of contacting you when I was called and asked if I wanted to try your service for ONLY $1 for 30 days. I was also told your services were only $150.00 per month after the 30 days IF I decided I wanted to keep them ........ My account has been charged $258.00!! Which cost me $81.00 in overdraft charges!!! I have tried to call your 1-888-389-0532 and I have gotten a "general voice mail" ???? I want this money put back into my account, and the $81.00 you cost me in overdraft charges TODAY or I will be contacting my attorney. Furthermore I do not want your services and there should be no further money taken out of my account.

This is the second letter I have written. I am waiting on a respose of some kind. You have taken $257.00 out of my account and I want it back. I only authorized you to take $1.00 and you were suppose to contact me to see if I still wanted your services before more money was taken and I was Told that after the first 30 days it would only be $150.00 NOT $257.00 !! If I do not hear from you within 3 business days I will be contacting my attorney. He is a corporate attorney out of Pensacola Florida, his name is Danny Kepner with the Shell Fleming Law Firm.

By the way, you WILL NOT find my website (rgkdiscountjewels.com) on the first, second, third or fourth page of any search engine, so this $258.00 to EBoost Media has gained me NOTHING !!!
